Yes it is really good there is an anime out for it in Japan I dont know the US release though but its pretty good next to Hellsing and the second one is coming out on the 30th the second game Disgaea.

The US release for the Anime is slated for sometime in December iirc.

Nicely done image, the blend of red/black in the hair is damn neat, really stands out.
